Cup Design
Name of Project: Cup Design Project
Participants in Project: Sam Monk
Goal of Project: To use information derived from books to create a goblet by turning wood on the lathe.
Products of Project: Two goblets, one made of pine, the other made of mahogany, were the products of this project(see pictures below)
Personal Role in Project: I turned the goblets, polished the wood and documented the process.
Role of CAD in Project: The goblets that were made were extensions of the project in which profiles of pens were made.
