Design Process for Slimline Pens

Problem/Idea: Design a pen using CAD and then make the pen so that it can be used in everyday life

How the Project Was Researched: Books and supplies were ordered from this website

Possible Solutions: Different designs were made in CAD for the pen profile.

Choose the Best Solution: One of the designs for the profile of the pen on the computer was chosen

Create a Prototype: The entire pen, including the final profile, was assembled completely on the computer.

How the Product Was Tested: The pens were tested by being used regularly and ended up being substantial enough to withstand everyday use.

Communication: The results were passed on by creating a wiki for the pens in which the project was explained.

Redesigning: After the initial pen was made, other pens were made using different styles of pens and different materials.
